Clarity Coaching

Whether you need a kickstart or you have clarity and need a bit of momentum to keep you going, it all starts with a 30 minute FREE introductory session. Coaching is personal. You want to be working with the right coach for you, one that you connect with, trust and have an open, honest relationship with. That’s why the 30 minute introductory session is so important.

For an idea how I work after the introduction, I have two programmes detailed below. Take a look, then for more information generally on coaching see the FAQ page.

Momentum

Sessions:
Length:
Frequency:
Method:

50 minutes per session
Weekly / Fortnightly
Phone / Skype / Zoom / Face to face (St Albans)

What for
:

As well as everything from the Kickstart, use this:

  • to assess a change of direction in life then get supported to keep moving forwards

  • to investigate starting a new business and set the wheels in motion

  • to help you work smarter, not harder

  • to grow your business

  • to increase your confidence

  • to help you get back to work

  • to learn how to take care of yourself

  • Much more…

Why 12 weeks? According to research carried out by UCL it takes on average 66 days to change a habit. That’s effectively 2 months. It doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why my programmes are based around 3 month cycles: 1 month to get clarity to fully discover what it is you need to change, then two months to implement those changes whilst being supported.

Of course, everyone is different and no coach can guarantee how quickly you will start to see results as it depends on many factors including how intentionally you implement your actions.
