Avoiding overwhelm is a huge issue for business owners.
In pre internet days, a key issue was having access to information. Today, the issue is too much information which can lead to analysis paralysis–over analysing something so much that you find yourself paralysed and unable to make a decision.
What strategies can you use to avoid constantly getting overwhelmed? I will share some of my top tips in this short talk which is a pre-cursor to the workshop I’ll be running on Oct 10th. This workshop will give you the space to develop solutions to help you avoid overwhelm.
