Once you have set your priorities and you know where you are heading we will work on the mindset that will get you there. We will share with you three steps you need to break free from any limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Are the beliefs you have about yourself encouraging you to move forward and take action, or are they limiting you and stopping you from achieving your goals?

Even though we speak to ourselves more than we do to anyone else, we rarely take the time to question the quality of our internal dialogue and the validity of our belief system. In fact, more often than not we are not aware of the beliefs we hold. The beliefs that are holding us back, limiting us to achieve what it is we want or need in our lives. Often our beliefs are so internalised that we actually forget that we learnt them at one point and chose to believe them.

Who is running this workshop?

This insightful workshop is being led by Clarity Coach, Richard Lalchan and Mindset Coach, Laura De Schivanovits. Alongside his coaching business, Richard has run numerous events, produced podcasts and written articles helping overwhelmed creatives and entrepreneurs prioritise their life and make a living out of their creativity. With a Psychology based degree and two coaching qualifications Laura works with people work on a 1:1 basis, both in the UK and abroad, helping them to uncover their blocks, question their limitations and explore their options for a life they want. Laura has also run workshops and events helping people to get out of their own way and start taking action.
